Works primarily out-of-the office selling products/services (sales employees) Travel regularly from the office to various work sites or from site-to-site **PHYSICAL, MENTAL DEMANDS and WORKING CONDITIONS** + 5 years in Innovation and/or Design consulting, Research and Development, the Healthcare Industry, **OR** Product Development + 5 years in product development and/or design + Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Innovation, Design or related field + Identify/sense external partner opportunities and emerging trends. + Research and analyze the identified problems and barriers to health and support framing the hypotheses to inform solution development. + Perform primary and secondary consumer, provider or other customer research to generate new insights in partnership with the CX team.

Communicate complex ideas/strategies to all levels of the enterprise and clearly articulates the value of initiatives to key stakeholders in the business. Synthesize research information, identifies insights and applies to solution/product design. + Provide directionwithin cross-functional teams and problem solve using visual, communication & service design, interaction design, UX design, and human centered design to drive solution design delivery. + Create and deliver training for design team standards of practice. + Support Curated Health Model, Customer Experience,Clinician Experience, and Integrated Experienceteams as assigned for project duration. + Provide support to create, deploy, and manage/continuously optimize detailed design methodology, design process, design standards, Agile delivery practices, technology, and tools that are consistently applied to all Living Health solutions. Candidate will have experience leading end-to-end human-centered programs and projects with deep capabilities in discovery, problem framing, articulating insights and opportunity areas, concept development and prototyping. Will work with deep commitment to design the right experiences, products, and experiences for our customers and clinicians. The incumbent will be comfortable with ambiguity and seek to foster alignment and collaboration with Design Leaders, Business Stakeholders, Portfolio Leaders, and matrixed teams-translating goals, defining timelines, seeking feedback, and articulating insights into actions that push delivery of solution designs forward. Will also provide support to define and deploy design methods, processes, workshops, and tools that will fuel the Design Practice Operating Model across engagements with Curated Health Model, Customer Experience, Clinician Experience, and other workstreams. The incumbent will shape design strategy and apply their expertise in Human-Centered Design, Service Design and/or Experience Design to create products, solutions and experiences that have measurable impact. We use that understanding to lead cross-functional, participatory co-design experiences that generate concepts, experiences, tools, delivery models and care paths that are transformative, not just incremental.
